Return and Exchange Policy
Thanks for choosing to shop with HOME. We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it, or issue an in-house credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange or return an item please note: Call 502-456-6911 within 5 business days from receipt of goods.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Fed Ex or insured parcel post, for you protection.
All Clothing must be unwashed, unworn and in new condition with tags attached. They must be free of stains, pet hair, human hair, smoke or other foul odors.
All Shoes must be unworn and must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. Shoes must be Un-Skated, free of dirt, gravel, road tar, stains, pet hair or human hair, or odors. We suggest you only try on shoes on clean carpet and with clean socks.
No skateboard is completely guaranteed. To be returned, boards must be in new condition, un-skated and not gripped. No returns or exchanges on assembled boards or parts. Home Skateshop does not replace broken boards or boards with stress cracks, as this is part of normal wear and tear. All hard goods (trucks, bearings, hardware, etc) must be unopened in their original packaging. If you have a defective piece of equipment, you must return it to the manufacturer, if you have trouble finding the address to mail it back to please call the shop and we will be glad to help you with this information (502-456-6911).
Videos must be unopened.
*Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or in-house credit only. Again,NO CASH REFUNDS. *Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in mint condition with any and all tags attached. *Include a copy of the shipping invoice and a typed explanation regarding the reason for your return. *All returns and exchanges must be received by Home Skatshop within 30 business days from invoice date. The return process may take up to 45 business days. *Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges. Please Note: Any returned merchandise not meeting the above criterion will not be accepted.
Online orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders received after 3:00pm (CST) will be processed the next business day. If for some reason unforeseen delays occur, Home Skateshop will contact you. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx, Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
-Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
-Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
